Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge, located in Mahad. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with teams to meet production goals. The role requires strong leadership to manage workflows and troubleshoot production challenges as they arise. Qualifications Production management skills, including resource allocation and workflow optimization Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance in an industrial setting Leadership and team coordination skills to manage and guide production staff Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for handling production issues Effective communication and organizational skills Relevant experience in the mining, metals, or manufacturing industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
