extraction, electrowinning, crystallization, precipitation, and drying processes.• Ensure smooth execution of production plans in line with organizational goals andcustomer requirements.• Monitor plant performance, mass balance, yield recovery, and implement processimprovements.• Optimize chemical and consumables consumption while ensuring cost-effectivenessand efficiency.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, productivity, and quality.• Plan, manage, and train manpower to build a high-performing and skilled productionteam.• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and other service departments forprocess optimization.• Lead commissioning of new plants, process modifications, and technologyupgradation.• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards acrossproduction units.• Manage inventory levels and resource utilization to reduce downtime and increaseefficiency.
