- Responsible for Daily production planning & scheduling as par production target.- Responsible to Achieve monthly business plan achievements like Production Yield, Mill utilization, quality of product, and Delay analysis.- Spare planning, & manpower management m Control and utilize resources properly,- Implementing preventive & corrective action against non-conformance product & process.- Implement the established policies and procedures,- Ensure safe and environmentally friendly work practice by providing job-specific and safety Monitor and control operational.- Performance to achieve planned result.- Initiate action for continual improvements training,- Training of manpower for suitable job.- Ensure safety of people and equipment.
