Production Head – Modular Furniture (Wood & Panel-Based | AutoCAD & CNC Expertise)

Join our dynamic team as a Production Head and lead the manufacturing of high-quality modular furniture using advanced woodworking technologies. We seek a technically strong leader with expertise in panel-based furniture production (Particle Board, MDF, HDHMR, Plywood) who can manage the entire process from design to assembly with precision and efficiency

✅ Key Responsibilities

: • Understand customer requirements and coordinate site measurements

. • Prepare AutoCAD design drawings and detailed costing sheets in Excel

. • Develop production drawings, cutting plans (nesting) for panel saw operations

. • Supervise all stages: cutting, edge banding, drilling, CNC routing, assembly, and finishing

. • Ensure quality control, raw material optimization, and minimal wastage

. • Lead and train a team of machine operators, carpenters, and helpers

. • Coordinate between sales, design, and production teams for timely deliveries
