Ensure optimal utilization of resources and production efficiency. Develop and implement advanced manufacturing systems and process improvements. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
