Job Role Overview

Candidates with manual-only experience or partial WPC exposure without machine-based door manufacturing will not be considered.

Mandatory Core Requirement

must have direct, hands-on experience

• Hinges cutting
• Edge cutting and edge banding
• Lamination processes
• CNC-based door leafing
• Cold press operations
• Warping control through automated machinery

Only candidates from the furniture, modular interior, or door manufacturing industry with full end-to-end machine-based exposure should apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Operations Management

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end production operations

  for doors and door frames using CNC and automated machinery.
• Plan, execute, and monitor

  daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, productivity targets, and delivery timelines

  .
• Optimize

  machine utilization, manpower deployment, and workflow efficiency

  .
• Independently handle

  CNC programming, machine setup, and process control

  for door manufacturing.

2. Process Optimization & Quality Control

• Develop and implement

  SOPs, quality standards, and production KPIs

  .
• Monitor

  OEE, cycle time, wastage, rework levels, and operator efficiency

  .
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement

  continuous improvement initiatives

  .
• Ensure

  high precision and consistency

  in door leafing, edge banding, lamination, and pressing operations.

3. ERP & Production Documentation

• Manage production planning and tracking through

  ERP systems

  (Infor LN, Bitrix24, or equivalent).
• Maintain accurate records for

  BOM, WIP, finished goods, and dispatch schedules

  .
• Prepare and present

  weekly and monthly MIS and production performance reports

  to management.

4. Team Leadership & Skill Development

• Lead, mentor, and supervise

  CNC operators, machine operators, and production staff

  .
• Conduct regular training on

  machine handling, CNC programs, safety norms, and quality practices

  .
• Build a

  disciplined, performance-driven, and safety-compliant shop-floor culture

  .

5. Material Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Plan and manage

  raw material and consumable requirements

  to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with

  design, purchase, quality, stores, and dispatch teams

  for smooth production flow.

6. Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with

  ISO standards, quality systems, and safety regulations

  .
• Implement and sustain

  Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, and continuous improvement programs

  .

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in

  machine-based door and door frame manufacturing

• Advanced knowledge of

  CNC programming and CNC-driven production systems

• In-depth understanding of

  edge banding, cold press, lamination, and panel processing

• Proficiency in

  ERP systems, MIS reporting, and production planning

• Excellent

  leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage

  high-volume production

  with strict quality and delivery timelines
