Job Description

Supervise and monitor daily production activities of Ayurvedic formulations (powders, tablets, syrups, oils, etc.) Ensure production schedules are met with efficiency and minimal downtime. Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for batch release. Maintain proper documentation – BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Packaging Records), and SOPs. Monitor raw material availability and ensure timely requisitions. Implement and follow GMP, hygiene, and safety practices on the shop floor. Manage and train machine operators and workers. Assist in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment servicing and breakdowns. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
