Overview:

Penta Orthodontics is seeking a competent and motivated Production Executive to oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Polymer Engineering, Rubber Technology, or relevant experience in latex-based or healthcare product manufacturing. This role requires strong production planning capabilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to ensure efficient and quality-controlled production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and monitor daily production schedules in alignment with overall manufacturing goals

● Coordinate with Store, Quality Control, and Packing departments to ensure seamless workflow

● Supervise shop floor activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

● Track production output and maintain accurate documentation and reports

● Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

● Support in training and guiding machine operators and production staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering, Rubber Technology, or a related field

● Additional certification or training from Rubber Board or similar institutions is a plus

● 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in latex-based or medical/healthcare product industries

● Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and shop floor management

● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

● Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply

● Candidates must be willing to relocate to Thiruvaniyoor , Ernakulam

Knowledge about any kind of Mould / its process or its working is also a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
