Job Description

Job Summary

Handle PCB-level soldering, assembly, testing, and quality checks for electronics products. Ensure accurate, clean soldering work and support the production team in maintaining high output quality.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Perform precision soldering on through-hole and SMD components.
Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, wiring, and connectors as per SOPs.
Rework and repair PCBs (component replacement, jumper fixes, touch-ups).
Conduct basic functional testing and report failures.
Maintain ESD-safe handling throughout production.
Perform incoming component checks and basic QC.
Document production activity, rework logs, and test results.
Follow production timelines and support batch-wise output.
Coordinate with engineering/R&D for prototype builds when required.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and tools in proper condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong soldering skills (THT + SMD)
Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and BOM
Familiarity with multimeter, power supply, basic testing tools
Understanding of PCB handling and ESD practices
Steady hand and attention to detail
