Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Alloy Wheel Manufacturing Experience 2-Wheelers Industry -MACHINE SHOP.
Optimize machine cycle times by analyzing and improving production workflows using lean manufacturing principles to enhance overall productivity.
Implement and monitor rejection control measures to minimize defects, improving the overall quality of the final product.
Proactively identify opportunities to reduce machine downtime, while driving improvements in Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience
: 11-12 years of hands-on experience in
CNC Operations,
trong understanding of the
alloy wheel manufacturing
process,
Educational Qualification
:
Diploma
or
B.Tech/B.E. (Regular)
in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Skills & Competencies
:
Expert in
CNC/VMC operations
with a strong focus on optimizing machine cycle times Expertise in troubleshooting, process improvement, and waste reduction techniques.
Experienced in managing and overseeing a workforce of 50-60 workers in alloy wheel production,
Strong understanding of alloy wheel manufacturing processes and ability to optimize production workflows.
