Production Engineer & Quality Engineer

As a Production Engineer & Quality Engineer (Mechanical) at Cenlub Systems located in DLF Industrial Area, New Industrial Township, Faridabad, Haryana 121003, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing team. Your primary role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing production processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality output while maintaining operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing production schedules to meet set output targets, monitoring the performance of production lines and workers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be expected to identify and address any production issues or machinery faults promptly, as well as continuously analyze and plan workflow to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Collaboration with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards, working closely with design and maintenance teams to enhance tooling and equipment, and maintaining accurate production documentation, reports, and records will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for candidates having at least 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and assembly is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity are also key requirements. This position offers a permanent job type with day shift, night shift, and overnight shift availability at the specified work location.
