Production Engineer / Manager

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the production team in the assembly of Air Handling Units (AHUs) including casing, coils, fans, filters, and control systems. - Ensuring that the production output meets quality standards and technical specifications. - Optimizing plant operations for cost efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction. - Coordinating with various teams such as Design, Quality, Purchase, and Logistics to ensure a smooth workflow. - Monitoring daily performance metrics like output, efficiency, downtime, and rejection rates. - Managing and mentoring production supervisors, technicians, and assembly line workers. - Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma. - Maintaining accurate production reports, inventory levels, and documentation. - Coordinating preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns. - Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and training needs for the production team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in a relevant field (Preferred) - 1 year of experience in AHU or HVAC equipment production - 1 year of experience in AHU components and assembly processes - 1 year of experience in Mechanical engineering In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
