As a Production Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines. - Lead the production team in assembling and manufacturing AHUs, including casing, coils, fans, filters, and control systems. - Ensure production output meets quality standards and complies with technical specifications. - Optimize plant operations for cost efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction. - Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Logistics teams for smooth workflow. - Monitor daily performance metrics: output, efficiency, downtime, rejection rates, etc. - Manage and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and assembly line workers. - Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.). - Maintain accurate production reports, inventory levels, and documentation. - Coordinate preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns. - Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and training needs for the production team. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma (Preferred) Experience required: - 1 year experience in AHU or HVAC equipment production (Preferred) - 1 year experience in AHU components and assembly processes (Preferred) - 1 year experience in Mechanical engineering (Preferred) Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
