Production Engineer

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer at KritiLabs, you will be responsible for hands-on work in PCB assembly, soldering/re-soldering, and testing of electronic products to ensure high-quality standards and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform PCB board assembly, including component insertion and soldering of through-hole and SMD components. - Carry out re-soldering and defect correction based on inspection reports. - Assist in testing and troubleshooting of electronic boards under guidance. - Maintain ESD safety protocols and ensure cleanliness of the work area. - Support production and quality teams in day-to-day assembly and inspection activities. - Document work progress, report issues, and maintain accurate records. Qualification Required: - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
