Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Productivity & Process Improvement

Improve the productivity of all machines by optimizing fixtures and achieving planned production targets.
Monitor and improve OEE and drive continuous productivity improvement initiatives.

Automation & Technology

Hands-on experience in Robot Automation and/or Gantry Automation systems.

Problem Solving & Quality Assurance

Apply structured problem-solving techniques.
Implement Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) methods to prevent defects and enhance process reliability.

Project Management & Execution

Handle new projects including trial runs, supplier visits, data collection and sharing, trial execution, validation, and handover to production under the supervision of the reporting manager.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain shopfloor safety by implementing best practices for light curtain systems and conducting frequent safety audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
3 to 7 years of experience in machining / manufacturing / automotive component industry.
Hands-on exposure to productivity improvement, OEE monitoring, and shopfloor process optimization
Basic understanding of automation systems (Robot / Gantry)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of shopfloor safety practice
