Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor production processes for fabrication projects.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams on the shop floor.
• Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely progress and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during production.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Production within a fabrication facility for Steel Bridges, Boiler Structures, and other support structures.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, labour management, and shop-floor operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet project timelines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality standards.
