• Plan, schedule, and supervise fabrication activities for EOT cranes and material handling equipment.
• Review fabrication drawings and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor welding, cutting, and assembly operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, reports, and ensure timely project delivery.
