2. Ensure targets under S, Q, C, P, D, and M are achieved.
3. Ensure Blue Collar workers adhere to safety norms.
4. Analyze and mitigate losses impacting assembly line output.
5. Implement best practices from the Company Excellence Operating System.
6. Manage the skill set of Direct Blue Collars.
7. Coordinate with support functions to introduce new products to production.
1. Reduction in product defects and rework.
2. Maintain assembly processes to ensure Right First-Time products.
3. Document all activities related to Man, Machine, Material, and Method (4M)
4. Ensure targets under S, Q, C, P, D and M are achieved.
1. Maintain 5S standards on the shop floor.
2. Transform Assembly Shop into a visual workplace.
3. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy.
4. Improvement in quality documents such as PFMEA Control Plan & Work Instruction.
5. Ensure Blue Collar workers adhere to safety norms.
1. Supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Analyze and mitigate losses impacting assembly line output.
2. Conduct troubleshooting and address any production-related issues promptly.
1. Implement quality assurance procedures and troubleshoot any quality-related issues.
2. Identify and address rejections, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
3. Implement best practices from the Company Excellence Operating System.
