Production Coordinator / Vendor Site Execution

As a Kiosk Field Coordinator, your role involves visiting vendor locations to oversee the fabrication work related to kiosks. You are responsible for ensuring that all fabrication activities align with the approved design, specifications, and quality standards. This includes monitoring processes such as cutting, bending, welding, grinding, surface preparation, and powder coating to guarantee timely completion at each stage. Key Responsibilities: - Visit vendor fabrication units regularly to supervise the day-to-day kiosk production activities. - Ensure the proper execution of sheet metal operations, including cutting, bending, welding, and grinding. - Verify the quality of surface preparation and powder coating to meet the approved finish standard. - Check the fabrication work against technical drawings, samples, and Bill of Materials (BOM). - Collaborate with internal design and production teams for clarifications and updates as needed. - Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from work orders or client specifications. - Prepare detailed daily visit reports that include progress updates, identified issues, and actions taken. - Monitor vendors to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols during the fabrication process. - Provide real-time feedback and document progress through photographic evidence. - Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure adherence to timelines and delivery schedules.
