Production Coordinator and fashion designer

Hi everyone,

I'm building a modern luxury brand that merges Indian artisanal textiles with contemporary western silhouettes.

The branding and design direction are complete, now moving into the sampling and production phase for the first collection. I’m looking for a dedicated, Production Manager / Sampling Coordinater from India who can collaborate closely and bring strong execution skills.

Role: Production Coordinator/ Fashion designer

📍 Location: Preferably from Noida / Agra / Gurugram, flexible to move as needed for sampling and vendor coordination

Type: Freelance / Trial basis — may lead to a full-time role based on performance

Responsibilities:

→ Manage sampling, sourcing, and production for the first collection

→ Coordinate with artisans, fabric suppliers, tailors, and vendors

→ Oversee fabric selection, embroidery, and finishing details

→ Ensure timely execution and luxury-level quality

→ Provide regular communication and progress updates

Preferred Candidate:

→ Experience in luxury fashion / Indian textiles / western silhouettes

→ Strong skills in tech packs, pattern-making, and sample development

→ Has existing sampling or production contacts for faster coordination

→ Reliable, proactive, and passionate about quality craftsmanship

→ Aesthetic alignment with a modern yet rooted luxury brand
