Responsibilities:

• Batch Production: Plan, prep, and execute top-notch production as per demand forecasts.
• Ingredient & Inventory Management: Keep an eye on stock levels and monitor ingredient quality.
• Process Optimization: Find smarter, cleaner, and more efficient ways to do things without compromising quality.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols like your life depends on it (because our reputation does).
• Quality control and Sensory analysis: Taste, test, repeat. Trust your palate and instincts to catch what machines cant.
• Data & SOP: Were all about structure clear checklists, logs, and systems to keep things smooth, scalable, and seriously sorted.

Requirements:

• Fresh grads from top culinary institutions welcome if youve got the passion, weve got the platform.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, cloud kitchen, or production setup (bonus points if its in desserts, bakery, or frozen desserts).
• Solid understanding of batch production, ingredient functionality, and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of balancing indulgence with structure to cater to diverse dietary preferences.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: You believe in structured workflows but also know when to improvise for greatness.
• Physical Stamina: Lets be real this job involves standing, lifting, and moving around.
• Auditory and Visual abilities to observe and detect signs of emergency.
• Youre willing to wear multiple hats, take on diverse roles, and changing priorities.
• Youre a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
