Production Management:
• Ensure adherence to the production plan in terms of volume and timeline.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency to meet or exceed targets.
• Implement process improvements to optimize yield and minimize wastage.
2. Cost and Resource Optimization:
• Track and optimize actual conversion cost against budgeted costs.
• Ensure Material Usage Variance (MUV) remains positive compared to budgeted numbers.
• Optimize raw material and energy consumption for cost efficiency.
3. Environmental Sustainability:
• Implement projects to reduce yearly groundwater consumption.
• Enhance ETP-treated water usage to minimize environmental impact.
4. Packing Process Optimization:
• Improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) through preventive maintenance.
• Reduce downtime by implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
5. GMP and Audit Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP at the factory/unit/plant level.
• Comply with all external and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in production areas.
6. Product Quality and Food Safety:
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control measures.
• Address and resolve any food safety issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high product standards.
7. Training and Team Development:
• Conduct training sessions on GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality for all production team
members.
