Sales and Business Development: Identify and acquire potential customers for life insurance products. Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, field visits, references, etc. Explain product features and benefits, and offer suitable plans as per customer needs. Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide prompt after-sales service and resolve customer queries or complaints. Ensure regular follow-up with clients for policy renewals and premium payments. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the branch/cluster manager about customer expectations and product improvements. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of policies, customer KYC, and related paperwork. Adhere strictly to all company policies and IRDAI regulations. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the Cluster Manager. Coordinate with the underwriting and ope rations team for seamless policy issuance.
