Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise the

  manufacturing and assembly

  of AHUs, control panels, and related components.
• Plan daily production activities and allocate manpower to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure adherence to

  BOM (Bill of Materials)

  and

  engineering drawings

  .
• Support automation integration such as

  sensors, actuators, VFDs, PLCs, and control modules

  in AHUs or BMS panels.
• Conduct

  in-process and final inspections

  of AHUs, BMS panels, and control units.
• Verify correct wiring, control logic, and system calibration.
• Perform

  functional testing

  airflow, pressure, temperature, control signal response, etc.
• Maintain production logs, test records, and inspection reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and QA/QC departments to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with project and service teams for product feedback and improvements.
• Train assembly technicians on new production methods and safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of control panels, PLC wiring, and instrumentation.
  
• Understanding of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, ducting, etc.).
  
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.
  
• Familiarity with production planning tools and lean manufacturing principles.
  
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, electrical safety, etc.).

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

BMS Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of BMS hardware and software (e.g., controllers, sensors, field devices).
  
• Monitor and analyze system performance; adjust parameters to optimize energy efficiency and comfort levels.
  
• Troubleshoot and rectify system faults in controllers, communication networks, and field devices.
  
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems.
  
• Integrate new systems or components with existing BMS infrastructure.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and configuration backups.
  
• Provide end-user training and technical support.
  

AHU Responsibilities:

• Carry out service, maintenance, and performance checks on Air Handling Units (filters, coils, dampers, fans, etc.).
  
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AHUs and associated HVAC systems.
  
• Ensure air balancing, temperature, and humidity control are within design specifications.
  
• Replace and calibrate sensors, actuators, and other control components.
  
• Record service reports, and recommend system upgrades or improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or Building Automation Systems.

• Familiarity with HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Pumps).
  
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
