Production and Operations Intern

o.w.n is looking for an enthusiastic intern within Navi Mumbai who is passionate about slow, conscious, handmade products and wants to understand the full process behind artisanal soapmaking. The internship is for 2 or more months.

What you'll do:

• Assist in sourcing high-quality natural ingredients and materials
• Support manufacturing, including batching, mixing, pouring
• Help with cutting, curing, and finishing soaps
• Participate in packaging, labelling, and QC
• Maintain production records and inventory
• Work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations
