Production Analyst

As a Production Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for delivering a complex and critical production management, infrastructure, and application support service for relevant platforms, activities, and processes across the domain. You will be working closely with platform and domain stakeholders to ensure the robustness and resilience of the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day-to-day technology-based services and assist with deploying new, complex applications and architecture - Support the delivery of application management, application support, and building of environments for systems - Collaborate with product development and feature teams to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment - Identify areas for service improvement by analyzing re-occurring platform and service incidents - Build a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous delivery **Qualifications Required:** - Technical knowledge and experience in platform, technology, products, and domains - Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration - Four to eight years of hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and supporting RPA solutions - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change, and release management - Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and deliver performance reports effectively - Skilled in leading process improvement initiatives for RPA workflows in Retail Banking - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly Join us at this associate level role and be a pivotal part of our business success.,
