Product Trainer

Role & responsibilities Deliver structured product training sessions for internal teams and vendor partners. Create high-quality, engaging training content including presentations, e-learning modules, powerpoint presentations, and interactive assessments. Customize training programs to suit different roles (e.g., Sales, Support, End-users). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with product updates. Conduct onboarding and continuous learning programs incorporating both product knowledge and soft skills. Facilitate behavioral training on communication, collaboration, customer interaction, and leadership fundamentals. Track and report on training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions. Preferred candidate profile Gradudate from any Stream Product Training Experience of 3-6 Years in a fast paced environment Experience in e-Learning software or tools would be an added advantage. Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms. Experience in creating and developing learning content. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
