Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Advance Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing processes. This role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce Advance Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud to ensure product quality and functionality.

Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

Identify document and track defects and issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them.

Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to understand product requirements and provide feedback on testability.

Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting test coverage defect status and overall product quality.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing efforts.

Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential quality issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to software testing and quality assurance.

Mentor and guide junior testers providing training and support as needed.

Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience in Salesforce Advance Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud.

Should have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Nice to have experience in IT Consulting domain.

Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.

Should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Must be able to provide detailed test reports and metrics.

Should be able to mentor and guide junior testers.

Must stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
