Role Overview: You are sought after as an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with a specialization in building Data Governance Product to lead the design and development of a Data Governance web portal. Your expertise in AWS Cloud and serverless architectures, coupled with hands-on experience in modern backend and frontend technologies, will be crucial in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a product development team focused on the data governance tool within the Asia Data transformation team. - Provide technical leadership and design oversight to the product team. - Collaborate with Business consumers and IT teams to facilitate data services for integrating upstream and downstream applications. - Identify technical and functional requirements of the Sun Spark product in conjunction with business partners, data architects, and other relevant groups to prioritize needs. - Ensure oversight and accountability for the product's performance. Qualifications: - Possess a practical experience of 10+ years in application development. - Have at least 8-10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Python, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of developing cloud applications utilizing AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Glue. - Show industry experience in defining and implementing solutions using data integration technologies. - Be experienced or conversant in emerging tools like parquet and iceberg, databases, and unstructured data to guide the organization effectively. - Exhibit knowledge of Data Governance concepts including meta data management, Data quality management, and reference data management, with a preference for candidates familiar with these concepts.
