Product Tech Lead

As a Technical Product Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers, designing and implementing product features, and ensuring the success of our product in production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 10+ engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance delivery to meet product goals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to resolve complex product-related technical issues and drive continuous improvement. - Align the team with product requirements, translating them into technical designs and tasks. - Design and implement scalable, high-performance product features using Python, PySpark, and Node.js, in collaboration with product managers and other technical teams. - Act as a technical expert to support and troubleshoot any product-related issues in production, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability. - Architect and deploy cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for the product. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate progress effectively. Mandatory Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle and experience in designing product features aligned with business objectives. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, troubleshooting complex product issues, and providing effective solutions. - Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of 10+ engineers with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Familiarity with Google Cloud Services (GCS), BigQuery (BQ), Apache Airflow, Google Cloud Dataproc, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10-15 years of hands-on experience in software development, technical leadership, and product-oriented roles. - Expertise in modern software development practices, cloud computing, and agile methodologies.
