Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Stripe Delivery Centers team, you will be part of a global team responsible for designing, implementing, and growing Stripes operations for the next decade. Your role will involve troubleshooting and solving external user issues, analyzing processes to scale operations, collaborating with other teams to enhance product offerings, gaining insights into how businesses on Stripe operate, and contributing to building a new team and operational culture for Stripe. If you are passionate about solving global user issues, driving process improvement, and playing a front-line role in accelerating Stripes growth, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and solve external user issues - Analyze processes and implement changes to scale operations and enhance user experience - Collaborate with other teams to improve product offerings and messaging around new products and features - Gain insights into how businesses on Stripe scale and operate - Contribute to building a new team and operational culture for Stripe - Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow Qualifications Required: - You have a user-first mindset and enjoy solving challenging problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations (preferred) - Passion for learning about technical products and processes - Organized, self-starter with a process-oriented mindset - Ability to work in an in-office environment with cross-team collaboration - Prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of working well across teams and with external partners - Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as per the SDC operational hours,
