Product Stylist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading creative styling and managing studio operations as a Fashion & Product Stylist cum Assistant Studio Manager. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing styling for fashion models and product shoots across various campaigns while ensuring high-quality creative output, accurate product representation, and seamless studio execution. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, plan, and execute styling for fashion models and product shoots across different types of campaigns. - Curate wardrobe selections, accessories, and looks in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Collaborate with photographers, DOPs, and creative teams to achieve the desired shoot mood, lighting, and aesthetics. - Assist the Studio Manager in day-to-day studio operations, supervising shoot schedules, budgets, and production timelines. - Manage vendor coordination, maintain styling library, props inventory, and mood board references to uphold global standards of quality. - Lead, train, and mentor styling assistants, interns, and studio staff, acting as a bridge between different teams for seamless execution. - Research global styling and fashion trends to provide fresh and commercially relevant styling concepts that enhance brand visibility and resonate with the target audience. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in fashion and product styling, with exposure to studio operations preferred. - Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing model styling and product styling. - Knowledge: In-depth understanding of silhouettes, textures, visual composition, and fashion trends. - Studio Skills: Strong grasp of shoot planning, production workflows, and studio coordination. - Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Network: Established network of fashion vendors, rental houses, HMUAs, and model agencies is a plus. Additional Details: You are preferred to have a degree or certification in Fashion Design, Styling, Visual Arts, or related fields. Familiarity with photography direction, lighting moods, and shoot management tools is beneficial. A strong sense of color theory, brand identity alignment, and storytelling through styling will be advantageous for this role.,
