Product Strategy & Analytics

As a Product Strategy & Analytics professional, you will be an essential part of the Product team, contributing to the development, enhancement, and performance tracking of products. Your role will involve collaborating with various functions such as actuarial, underwriting, technology, and sales to bridge strategy, data, and execution. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product team to support the development, enhancement, and performance tracking of products. - Work closely with Actuarial and Underwriting teams to understand pricing, risk, and product dynamics. - Partner with Tech teams to run implementation projects. - Liaise with Sales teams to gather market feedback and align product strategy with business goals. - Analyse large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. - Contribute to cross-functional projects and drive execution through structured problem-solving. For this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 2-3 years of experience in a data-driven, analytical, or strategic role. Consulting experience will be preferred. - Excellent numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel. Experience with SQL, Python, will be beneficial. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.,
