Job Description

Job Overview:

Product Specification Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed
product specifications, drawings, and BOMs
for all product lines.
Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure products meet client requirements.
Evaluate and implement
quality standards, compliance, and safety norms
.
Support sales and project teams with technical product knowledge.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve product designs.
Maintain a repository of technical documentation, drawings, and product manuals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering (Masters preferred).
5 years of experience
in product specification, design, or product engineering.
Prior experience in
building materials, architectural products, fire safety products, or doors/windows
is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
