Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist / Sr. Home Advisor located in Kolkata. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their property needs, offering tailored solutions, providing strategic advice on property purchases, conducting property appraisals, and guiding clients through the sale and rental processes. The Product Specialist / Sr. Home Advisor will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Specialist with strong knowledge of real estate markets
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and property values
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions
• Proven Sales abilities with a track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Experience in the Kolkata real estate market is a plus
