Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for Airtel IQ (CPaaS product), your role involves developing new business leads, managing client relationships, and closing target business accounts. You will be required to collaborate closely with existing and new clients, understand their needs, drive sales growth, and provide solution consulting to continuously enhance the overall growth in enterprise accounts. **Responsibilities:** - Provide solution and business consulting in enterprise accounts to ensure continuous closure of the sales funnel and penetration across different use-cases in existing accounts. - Develop strategies to enter key accounts and increase usage-based revenue in existing accounts. - Ensure that Airtel Business account managers receive the necessary technology, product, and collaterals support for upselling assigned Airtel Digital products. - Exceed monthly sales and consulting targets by promoting Airtel Business offerings across various geographies. - Collaborate directly with clients and partners to gather use-case requirements and conduct successful product demos with the appropriate collaterals. - Coordinate and collaborate with product, engineering, and Airtel business sales teams to drive growth across deliverables. - Build a robust direct touch sales pipeline focusing on different verticals while understanding client needs and requirements. - Conduct business meetings in the field and work on accurate revenue forecasts across accounts and pipelines in the assigned region. **Requirements:** - 5-12 years of experience in IT Product or Services sales, Pre-Sales, Contact Centre Business, or Management Consulting. - Strong experience in developing high-impact sales pipelines for SaaS platforms. - Excellent communication skills with exposure to enterprise sales and consulting. - Demonstrable experience in handling technical commercial aspects with elements of pre-sales and key account management. - Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with the team.,
