Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Sales Manager - Merchant Acquisition in the Retail Liabilities division of the Retail Banking business unit, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new merchants. You will lead a large multi-city team to drive volumes for the POS business in the assigned geography. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire high-value new merchant relationships every month - Onboard merchants within regulatory norms - Manage and service the portfolio of Merchant accounts for POS - Grow portfolio volume through new acquisitions and deepening existing relationships in assigned locations - Track Key Merchants in the portfolio to ensure activation, retention, market share growth, and wallet share increase - Identify cross-sell opportunities for other products to the Merchants in the portfolio Qualification Required: - Graduate in any field - Post Graduate in any field Additional Details: The role requires you to work within the Regulatory guidelines set by RBI for merchant acquiring and ensure compliance with the bank's code.,
