Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product quality function across hardware, firmware, and software, driving quality strategy, global standards compliance, automation, and a data-driven culture.
Drive CAPA, FMEA, and RCA frameworks to enhance product reliability and performance
Develop and implement quality processes aligned with global standards.
Conduct test automation using Python, OpenCV, and GStreamer for image and functional testing.
Review tickets and failure data; conduct timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Enhance product quality and design robustness using feedback data
Provide quality metrics, reports ,trends, and continous improvement initiatives to management .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 15+yrs experience and worked in B2C or product-based environments with customer exposure and accountability.
