Product & Pricing Consultant II

Role Overview: You will be joining a collaborative cross-functional squad as a Product & Pricing Consultant in Business and Integration Services at Zafin. Your primary responsibility will be to learn and understand Zafin's product from a functional and integration perspective, working directly with clients to deliver value through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, assessing potential solutions and proposing recommendations aligned with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, working closely with development and product teams to ensure successful implementation. - Provide support throughout the testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Shadow run in Production. Assist in test case creation, execution, and issue resolution. - Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback and industry best practices. Collaborate with clients and product teams to prioritize and implement enhancements that enhance the product's value proposition. - Foster strong relationships with clients by actively engaging with them, understanding their business requirements, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project status. Act as a key point of contact for client communications. - Provide functional support to clients by addressing queries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting system errors. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client-reported problems. - Maintain accurate documentation of functional requirements, system configurations, and client communications. Keep stakeholders informed about project status. Qualifications Required: - Functional experience in Retail or corporate banking areas, with Banking Pricing and Billing, Rates and Fees domain knowledge considered an advantage. - Define functional and business architecture within the context of the overall enterprise business framework. - Support and align efforts to meet customer business needs as part of software delivery. - Work with senior team members to present product capabilities to customers and partners. - Participate in requirements elicitation, conduct discovery and JAD sessions, document customer requirements, and create, review, and present Specification Documents. - Have a basic understanding of Cloud architecture, APIs, and Databases. - Verify configurations as part of acceptance before software delivery to customers and communicate proactively with customers and internal team members to deliver business value. - Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Jira Tool, and functional testing of products or applications on Data flow, UIs, Configuration. - Strong communication skills.
