Role Overview: Lenskart is on a mission to solve the problem of preventive blindness and has set a goal to serve One Billion eyes by 2025. As a key player in the company's vision, you will be responsible for managing applications and developing the business layer to automate workflows and enhance software capabilities. Collaborating with a team of Engineers & Product Managers, you will drive business automation and intelligence to achieve Lenskart's strategic focus areas. Key Responsibilities: - Manage applications such as Financial ERP (e.g., Microsoft D365), HRMS systems (e.g., Oracle HR, Recruitee, Mynd), and Workflow management software (e.g., Mind tickle). - Customize applications, oversee consultants/3rd party for development, handle user authorization & roles management, automate workflows, and enhance software capabilities. - Develop the business layer to automate workflows, enable auto reconciliation, and reduce manual work for teams using these systems. - Interface the business layer with software for various transactions like product masters, inventory transactions, sales, returns & refunds, intercompany transactions, franchise wallet ledgers, bulk inventory movement, etc. - Collaborate with an in-house team to deliver business automation & intelligence layer on managed applications, with Engineering, Quality, Design, DevOps, and Security reports into the center of excellence, while product management supports your efforts. Qualifications Required: - Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience. - Prior work experience with managed applications at scale (e.g., Oracle, D365) through external consultants, internal developers, or a combination of both. - Ability to understand user requirements and suggest tools, solutions, or modifications using technology. - Experience in contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product-related strategies. - Strong organizational and business planning skills. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.,
