To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 18 to 20 years of proven experience in software development and configuration within the financial ERP space. Proficiency in Workdays Finance modules, Workday Extend, and Workday Studio is essential, along with experience in Hyperion or OneStream. You should also have a background in introducing AI software and tools to enhance efficiency, as well as strong executive-level presentation skills, both written and oral. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related engineering fields, or equivalent experience, is required for this position.,
