Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Siemens Energy as a Product Portfolio Manager (PPM Professional) in the GT - PR (Switching Products) division. Your role will be challenging and future-oriented, where you will play a crucial part in driving a culture of accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the product lifecycle from phase-in to phase-out, including new product/system/service launch and coordination of the product roadmap. - Ensure profitability and life cycle of a specific product/system/service line/group by defining pricing guidelines and market position. - Monitor inventory levels and sales volumes regularly to meet customer orders and track product/system/service performance and trends. - Conduct analysis to evaluate the market and contribute to the development of marketing plans. - Provide technical and commercial support to Offer management, Order management & Technical Services team for critical negotiations and portfolio identification. - Collaborate with R&D for product feasibility projects and roadmaps, and work with Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing plans. - Apply design to Value (DtV) approach to simplify design, reduce costs, and optimize operational complexity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering. - 6 to 8 years of working experience in Portfolio Management, Product Development, Market Penetration, Global Collaboration, Digital Portfolio Development, Networking, and Stakeholder Management. Additional Details: This role is based in Aurangabad, India, with opportunities to visit other locations.
