Job Description

As a Product Portfolio Manager (PPM Professional) at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, profitability, product monitoring, analysis, sales support, R&D collaboration, marketing plan development, and implementing Design to Value approach. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to drive accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus. Key Responsibilities: - Manage new products/system/service launch and life cycle, including defining recovery plans as necessary - Ensure profitability and life cycle of product/system/service line/group by defining pricing guidelines and market position - Monitor inventory levels and sales volumes to fulfill customer orders and analyze product/system/service performance and trends - Coordinate analysis to evaluate market and contribute to marketing plan development - Provide technical and commercial support for critical negotiations and portfolio identification - Propose and evaluate feasibility projects for new products/system/service - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing plan and sales initiatives - Apply Design to Value approach to simplify design, reduce costs, and optimize operational complexity Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering - 6 to 8 years of working experience in Portfolio Management, Product Development, Market Penetration, Global Collaboration, Digital Portfolio Development, Networking, and Stakeholder Management Join Siemens Energy in Aurangabad and get the opportunity to work with global teams impacting entire cities and countries.
