Product Portfolio Manager - Lending

As a Portfolio Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in evaluating different merchant partners for offering checkout EMI services. Your responsibilities will include establishing the operating and commercial framework for these partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly integrate the checkout EMI product into partner platforms. This involves engaging in commercial negotiations, closing legal contracts, and working with product/tech teams for integration and Go-To-Market strategies. In this role, you will be accountable for the P&L of the Checkout EMI product, ensuring that it contributes to achieving our budgeted targets. Working closely with Business Analysts and Risk teams, you will analyze the product's performance and develop pricing and line strategies tailored to various customer personas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to drive adoption and usage of the product and provide leadership updates for the Checkout EMI offering. We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in business/portfolio roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated to managing lending products. A strong grasp of regulatory and compliance guidelines for NBFCs in India is essential, and prior experience in managing checkout-based lending products will be advantageous. You should have a solid understanding of India's fintech and lending ecosystem, along with experience in partner management and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to identify profitability levers for lending products. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to convey information clearly and concisely. The role demands the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. An MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
