Product Owner - Roadmap & Strategy

As the Head of AI Studio (Product Owner) at our company, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of technology, business processes, and business vision. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the modernization and streamlining of operations & offerings through digital technology. This role demands analytical prowess, technological fluency, and visionary thinking to drive change effectively in an environment that requires both technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing an assessment of technology/digital needs and developing strategies for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth and transformation. - Defining technology vision, technology roadmap, and providing recommendations on technology/digital transformation strategies. - Managing and optimizing technology tools, platforms, and processes to ensure smooth workflows. - Collaborating with LOBs, Finance, and other functions to implement successful digital transformation, manage dependencies, and ensure resource planning. - Acting as a technology evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams. - Setting up and leading a technology team focusing on Gen AI, ML/Data Engineering to deliver significant business value through automation and creation of tools. - Developing and implementing technology solutions to digitize services, support training, and drive service changes for better customer experience. - Managing risk, opportunities, and dependencies across all ongoing transformation programs. - Providing leadership to a team of technical resources in delivering on the planned transformation roadmap. - Staying abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities for new or improved products/solutions using best practices such as Design Thinking, Agile, and UX Design. - Identifying the needs, expectations, and priorities of stakeholders and building positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in data science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 12-15 years" experience in software engineering and product management, with at least 8 years in a managerial or lead role. - Prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle and in building machine learning model development. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in ambiguous requirements.
