Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager of Product Owners at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Product Owners to drive value for our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality features that our clients and users love. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a growth mindset and a culture of continuous improvement within the Product Owner organization. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture a high-performing Product Owner organization by instilling a growth mindset and culture of continuous improvement - Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to support the professional development of Product Owners - Guide colleagues and leadership through influential decision-making to ensure alignment with strategic priorities - Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability and excellence - Strategically balance Product Owner workload across teams and products, advocating for additional resources when necessary - Collaborate with Lead Product Owners to implement agile best practices and provide support to the Product Owner team - Champion the delivery of world-class solutions, influencing technical decisions to maximize client value - Implement and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement - Forge strong alliances with Technology leadership and Product Management to ensure cohesive partnerships - Engage effectively with leadership at all levels and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in a technical subject area such as information science or computer science, or equivalent work experience supporting products from a technical perspective - 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner and 1-2 years of experience as a people manager - Proven experience in a senior Product Owner or Product Management leadership role - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Track record of delivering complex products that meet customer needs - Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology environment Note: The job description also includes information about the company's culture, emphasizing a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and wellbeing among colleagues.,
