Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or

related field.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or equivalent role in

data/analytics or cloud platform teams.

Total experience should be 12+ years in a similar field.

Certifications (Mandatory):

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner

(PSPO).

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

Good to Have Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).

AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals.

Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner.

SAFe PO/PM Certification.

Technical & Project Skills:

Must-Have:

Strong knowledge of Azure Data Services:

Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Purview

Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and

reporting.

Sound understanding of data pipelines, governance, and security practices.

Proven experience in project planning, timeline tracking, risk management, and

stakeholder communication.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow).

Understanding AI/ML, especially LLMs, Copilot, OpenAI APIs.

Experience working in SAFe Agile or scaled Agile environments.

Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and data product design thinking
