Product Owner / Data Analyst

As a Product Owner / Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to drive value creation and operational efficiencies through effective data management strategies. You will be required to leverage data exploitation techniques to drive business outcomes and contribute to the success of the organization. Your role will entail having a good understanding of the Product Lifecycle and experience in agile ceremonies, along with a solid grasp of agile principles. Proficiency in tools like Rally and other Project management tools will be essential for effective project execution. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will play a key role in defining priorities and creating a roadmap for the organization. Working in tandem with the engineering team, you will be responsible for translating requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes. Your ability to define and prioritize features will ensure timely and high-quality development. Furthermore, you will be tasked with coordinating the release and deployment of product updates and new features. Thorough testing and quality assurance procedures will be integral to guaranteeing a bug-free and reliable end product. Preferred Domain Experience in BSFI will be advantageous, while mandatory project experience in DATA, with a strong understanding of Data Lifecycles, is essential for this role. Proficiency in SQL is a mandatory technical skill, and hands-on experience in this area will be crucial for success in the role. Additionally, familiarity with secondary technical skills such as Big Data, Spark, Tableau, or Power BI will be beneficial. This position is based in Gurugram and follows a Hybrid Work module.
