Product Owner - Customer IAM

As a Product Owner-Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), you will play a key role in driving the success of our identity services. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the product vision and strategy for our CIAM platform - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements - Owning the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of features - Utilizing your deep understanding of digital authentication methods and compliance standards - Leveraging your technical literacy in IAM architecture and security concepts - Demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Qualifications required for this role: - Over 12 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Manager - Proven track record working with CIAM platforms or identity services - Familiarity with IAM protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML - Previous experience with identity platforms like ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, or Transmit - Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP, or equivalent will be a plus This position is based in Pune and offers a hybrid work model.
