Key Responsibilities Architect and implement sophisticated IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance, tailored to diverse US and EMEA client environments. Lead strategic IAM assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements. Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence. Support pre-sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients, contributing to solution architecture, and delivering technical presentations and proposals. Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations. Stay current with global best practices, emerging IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets. Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: .Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock/Ping IAM products (AM, IDM, IG, DS). .Deep understanding of IAM architecture, integration methods, REST APIs, and directory services. .Experience in Java development, Spring Boot, scripting and secure coding standards. .Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments, particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). .Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. .Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy and Directory Services concepts. .Should have knowledge of AD, LDAP, Database integration. .Java development experience for customizations and enhancements of IAM systems, including writing secure, maintainable code to support authentication and authorization workflows. .Knowledge of IAM solutions in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how IAM integrates within those platforms .Experience with API security and integration using JSON, REST, and web services.
